BNA's Corporate Compliance Library is a regularly updated library of information about effective corporate compliance programs and how to avoid corporate liability. It consists of two main types of information: (1) a manual of analysis written by experts in the field on how to set up compliance programs and on the primary areas in which corporate liability arises (see center column of Home Page below), and (2) a monthly newsletter of news and analysis about recent events in the field (see right column below). All content in the Library can be accessed by (1) clicking on the Home Page links and browsing the content, (2) clicking on the yellow box in the top right corner and searching all or parts of the Library, or (3) using the Topical Index in the top left corner to find information in the manual.
